Smythen Farm Cottages has an enclosed playground for children with tree-house, large slide, wendy-house with kitchen and swings. Within the playground is a large games room with full size pool table, football machine and table tennis table. We also provide a bouncy castle and ball pond.
Free use of HEATED, COVERED swimming pool (28ft x 14ft, depth 1m-1.3m) ideal for all-weather use, set in a sun-trap enclosure complete with sun-loungers and tables and chairs.

All children staying here are welcome to free pony rides with us, and all guests can enjoy walks over our land where badgers and deer are frequently to be seen and buzzards soar overhead. Dogs who are also on holiday here are welcome to take their owners for a walk in our 14 acre field!
There is a small kickabout football pitch in the recreation field, and just down the lane there are beautiful forest walks, ideal for nature lovers.
