Welcome to Smythen Farm Self-Catering Holiday Cottages website, which is updated daily. Please telephone Jayne if you have any queries.

To make an online reservation, please click on the booking form link below and complete, print and return the booking form together with a deposit of 25% of the full cost of the booking (Minimum Deposit £100.00). We will hold the cottage for 4 days after you have made your online reservation to give you time to send your deposit.

Our cottages are inspected by the English Tourist Board, and are given Three Stars.
We are renowned for creating a relaxing and friendly atmosphere for all our guests, many of whom return year after year. We hope you will come and enjoy your holiday at Smythen Farm Holiday Cottages.

Free use of heated, covered swimming pool in a suntrap enclosure from March 21st to November 1st. Large outdoor play area with two storey tree house, slide, swings, wendy house with a kitchen, 6ft. x 6ft. inflatable ball pond and bouncy castle. Also large purpose built 12m x 5m indoor all weather games room with a full size pool table, football machine and full size table tennis table. On site barbecue, laundry room and pay phone. 14 acre recreation field and dog walk. Free pony rides for children and forest walks minutes away.

We allow one well-behaved, mature (over 2 years old) dog per cottage, except in Sea View Cottage, where no dogs are allowed. A charge is payable, see booking form for details.
