Devon Holiday Cottage with Swimming Pool
The Guests of Smythen Farm ( North Devon) Holiday Cottages have use of our 28 x 14ft heated swimming pool. The Swimming pool is covered which enables us to open the pool from mid march to the end of October. The pool is enclosed in a large walled and gated courtyard which is offers a safe relaxing environment. Please note that the swimming pool is unsupervised and all children must be supervised and use of the swimming pool is subject to Smythen Farms Holiday Cottages terms and conditions, it is advisable to read them prior to use.
Table tennis, table football, pool and darts are available to play in our games room which is located in our enclosed games area. A large selection of play houses, slides and swings for youngsters to play on as well as a two storey tree house and trampoline for the older children to enjoy are also located in the play area.
We also offer complimentary pony rides for our guests children twice a week, this is really popular and a favourite for all the children that stay at Smythen Farm.
Dogs are welcome at Smythen Farm in our cottages , and the dogs have plenty of room for exercise in our large 18 acre paddocks.

Smythen Farm has been under new ownership since early 2010, with recent refurbishment of the cottages and a new leisure complex planned early 2012. We feel Smythen offers great value with the personal, friendly touch.
Dogs over 2 years old are more than welcome in all of our cottages, with ample room for exercising across our 18 acres of land.
