Smythen Farm has six architect designed cottages, sleeping 2 to 8 people, set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and offering self-contained, tastefully furnished accommodation with magnificent sea and coastal views. There is an enclosed playground for children, brilliantly equipped indoor games room, with a pool table, football table and table tennis table. You are able to use the heated, covered 28ft x 14ft swimming pool whatever the weather, open from Easter until November 6th. There is plenty of seating and sun loungers around the pool area courtyard. There is a small football pitch and bouncy castle for younger children. Free children's pony rides. Children are more than welcome to help brush our ponies - please arrange time and days with Jayne.

All cottages have modern bathrooms with wash-basins, baths, showers, WCs and shaver points. Kitchens are well equipped with full size cookers, fridge freezers, microwaves, toasters and coffee machines. Three cottages have dishwashers, two have washer/dryers. In addition there is a laundry with coin-operated Miele commercial washer and Miele commercial dryer. Lounges offer comfortable seating and Freeview Digital TV and DVD players. Beds have spring interior mattresses. Three of our cottages are ground floor (two of these having 1 or 2 small steps). Dogs over 2 years old are more than welcome in three of our cottages, with ample room for on or off lead exercising across our land. We have offered good quality accommodation and excellent on site facilities at reasonable and very competitive prices for the past 13 years, many of our customers returning year after year. Four cottages have parking right outside the door and the other two share a large, secure off-road car park, a maximum of 25 metres away from your cottage.
