Guests travelling on the M5 should exit at Junction 27, take A361 to Barnstaple, then take A39 towards Lynton & Lynmouth. Going straight ahead at traffic lights at North Devon District Hospital drive approximately 1/4 mile and turn left at road junction towards Ilfracombe on B3230. Continue through Muddiford & Milltown and turn right at Lynton Cross and On-a-Hill Garage to Combe Martin A3123. Take the second left turning to Sterridge Valley at Brown Tourist sign to Smythen Farm Holiday Cottages. After about 1/2 mile you will come to a sharp left-hand bend and see a large white house, with the entrance on the right-hand side. Please drive in slowly and observe site speed limits at all times.
