Located just a short trip Woolacombe, Smythen Farm is the perfect place to base yourself for your holiday in Woolacombe, North Devon. It’s also a great place to be based if you want to visit many of North Devon’s attractions and obviously it’s ideally situated if you’re after a beach holiday.
Woolacombe’s beach front is one of the closest beaches to Smythen Farm and there are many more only a little further afield, including Putsborough, Saunton and Croyde. There are lots of family attractions close to Smythen Farm’s family holiday cottages, including the famous Watermouth Castle. In Woolacombe itself there are a number of bars, restaurants and cafes to visit.

Our family holiday cottage accommodation comes complete with a large children’s play area with a large tree house, swings and a trampoline to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. All of our 18 acres of land is free for our guests too use as they wish.
For 14 years Smythen farm has been the venue for thousands of memorable family holidays and a number of our guests come back year after year.
Smythen Farm has been under new ownership since early 2010, with recent refurbishment of the cottages. Smythen Farm Family Holiday Cottages offers great value with the personal, friendly touch.
Dogs over 2 years old are more than welcome in all of our cottages, with ample room for exercising across our 18 acres of land.
